Rose Exchange

 

The Rose Exchange is a romantic addition to your San Diego wedding ceremony and is included in both our Petite and Full-Service Wedding Packages and can be added to our Small Wedding / Elopement Packages.

 

A single red rose always means "I love you", which is what the rose exchange ceremony represents. Just before you are pronounced as a married couple, your Officiant will recite the rose exchange reading, and you will exchange the two roses to seal your commitment of love and commitment to each other.

"Your gift to each other for your wedding today has been your wedding rings, which shall always be an outward demonstration of your vows of love and respect and your commitment to each other.

 

You now have what remains the most honorable title, which may exist between a man and a woman… the title of “husband and wife.” For your first gift as husband and wife, that gift will be a single rose. (couple exchange roses)
